HELMET AND MOUTH GUARD POLICY
As per the ROHL Constitution – all ROHL players will be required to wear properly fastened C.S.A. approved helmets with a full cage / visor or half visor properly secured with a chin-strap during all on-ice activities. Players who wear a helmet with a half visor must wear a mouth-guard. A player who does not comply with this policy will not be allowed to participate in ROHL games.
Neck-protectors are highly recommended and encouraged by the ROHL.

IN THE EVENT OF A HEART ATTACK
- Pull the nearest fire alarm located at the exits of Rink 1 (Lobby doors, centre-ice entrance between rinks and back parking lot doors).
- Go to the Lobby Office and Operator Office (back entrance) and ask Arena Staff for help who are trained for emergency situations.
- Get the Player on his back and start CPR asap.
- Defibrillator located in the Lobby (other side of the scoreboard of Rink 1). When removed from its location it automatically calls 911.
